Four Season Sunroom

Located in Waterloo, this project transformed a standard backyard into a stunning, fully functional four-season sunroom. The goal was to create a bright, inviting space that could be enjoyed year-round, with a focus on craftsmanship, comfort, and modern design.

About the project:

The project began with the complete removal of the old deck and concrete slab, making way for a new insulated concrete foundation. A larger deck was then framed and finished with a durable Duradek vinyl membrane, complemented by a modern Vista frameless glass railing that opens up the view and enhances the overall aesthetic.

A custom-engineered storefront glass system was designed and installed to create a bright, seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. LED lighting was added throughout to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

In-floor heating was installed across the entire area, and the floor was finished with wood-grain porcelain tiles for a clean, elegant look that’s built to last.

To ensure year-round comfort, a high-efficiency heat pump system was added.

The walls were finished with in-house fabricated panels made from rift-sawn White Oak and Poplar, while the matching doors were crafted from grain-matched Rift-sawn White Oak, adding a refined and cohesive finish.

Every detail of this four-season sunroom was carefully planned and executed, resulting in a space that is comfortable, functional, and beautifully designed.
