This bathroom renovation was a complete transformation from the ground up. The entire space was stripped back to the framing to allow for a fresh start and a fully customized layout. All plumbing lines were updated and relocated to suit the new design, and the electrical system was completely redone to include upgraded lighting, modern switches, and in-floor heating for added comfort.

A curbless shower base was installed — a standard feature in all of our bathroom projects for the past five years — providing a sleek, accessible, and easy-to-maintain design. The shower and walls were finished with a mix of two complementary shades of Artisan subway tile, creating depth and visual interest, while the floor features round penny tiles for a timeless, textured finish.

The new custom-built vanity anchors the space, offering both style and storage, while the entire bathroom is tied together with brushed gold fixtures and plumbing hardware, adding a warm, elegant contrast to the cool green tones.

The result is a refined, modern bathroom that blends craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and high-end finishes — turning a dated space into a functional retreat.
