Modern Kitchen Transformation
Located in Kitchener, this project transformed a dated kitchen and dining area into a spacious open-concept design. The goal was to create a bright, functional space with modern features, premium finishes, and seamless flow for everyday living.

This project involved a complete transformation of the existing kitchen and adjoining dining room into an open, modern, and highly functional space.
We began by removing a load-bearing wall that separated the two rooms, replacing it with an engineered flush-mount steel beam to maintain structural integrity while creating an open-concept layout. Extensive rerouting and relocation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were required to accommodate the new design.
The former dining room window was removed to maximize wall space and improve the overall kitchen layout. Our design team created a custom layout tailored to the client’s needs, optimizing both functionality and aesthetics.
To enhance comfort and luxury, we installed in-floor heating throughout the kitchen, finished with elegant 24" x 24" porcelain tiles. A new recessed lighting layout was implemented to complement the updated design and highlight key areas of the space.
The project was completed with a fully custom kitchen installation, featuring premium cabinetry and stunning natural stone quartzite countertops for a timeless, high-end finish.
